설해원 클럽하우스가 2024 대한민국목조건축대전에서 국토교통부 대상과 구조디자인상을 수상하였습니다. 대규모 리노베이션 프로젝트로서 기존 건축물의 아이덴티티를 목구조의 구조미를 통해 재정의한 점이 높이 평가되었습니다. 특히 캐노피에서 시작된 구조 계획 모듈이 반복과 변주를 이루며 내부 공간까지 확장되고, 목구조의 재료적·조형적 특성을 적극적으로 활용한 설계가 이번 수상의 주요 배경으로 평가되었습니다.

Seolhaeone Clubhouse received both the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Grand Prize and the Structural Design Award at the 2024 Korea Timber Architecture Awards. As a large-scale renovation project, it was highly regarded for redefining the identity of the existing building through the structural expression of timber construction. In particular, the structural planning module that begins with the canopy and develops through repetition and variation extends into the interior spaces, while the active use of the material and formal qualities of timber structure was recognized as a key factor behind the awards.
